You can click on the news button at the top of the page to access it. There will be two options to choose:PDF or HTML. PDF is better quality but takes longer to load, and HTML is lower quality but loads faster. Choose whichever one you want, its the same paper.

Rules Committee needs help in enforcing its rules! We are creating subcommittees to assist us in finding rules violations and contacting candidates about them. We currently plan to create four committees, but that number may decrease.
